Set upon a beautiful parcel of property on Grand Traverse Bay this house was visually outdated and in need of repairs to the exterior finish. Using this as an opportunity, the client wanted to explore options for creating a new image for their home, while not significantly changing the interior living spaces. Numerous concepts were developed to show various options for creating a spectacular residence without altering the current functionality of the home.
