The bathroom is the central focus of this Master Suite Renovation Master Suite

As typical of homes built in the 1950's, this house lacked the master suite we have come to enjoy in newer residences. By combining two undersized bedrooms and a bathroom, J K Janiga Architects was able to create a spectacular master suite. The creation of a gallery space and introduction of transom windows above doors allow the internal hallway to be washed with light, uplifting a typically dark area of homes from this era. It is these simple details, which help to create the awe-inspiring spaces with all the functionalities expected from a modern master suite.
