A local residential development company, in need of their own office space took this opportunity to create an additional source of revenue. Using simple construction methods and readily available materials these offices were as cost effective, as they were appealing. Created with additional spaces for one or two person companies, these facilities provided alternatives to the typical corporate office spaces available for rent in the area.
